I’m Markus, a cinematographer and photographer based in Berlin, Germany.

Experienced in different documentary formats. On varièté projects I work with short segments and mixed materials—vignettes, archival clips, observational scenes, reenactments—handle camera and lighting, organize source material, and make color and editing choices that preserve each segment’s tone while forming a coherent whole.

I specialize in video and post‑production: editing, color grading, and high‑end photo retouching. I hold a Master’s diploma in cinematography and have over ten years’ experience in non‑fiction videography and commercial photography.

As a colorist, editor, and photo retoucher, I work independently and in teams and am fluent in English.
